Not personas. Actual people running actual delivery businesses, whose day you're expected to understand before you design for it.
You'd own something end to end
A small team means fewer handoffs and more responsibility for the whole path — from the model to the screen to what happens when it breaks.
You'd take correctness seriously
Money and delivery counts are computed, not estimated. If that constraint sounds satisfying rather than annoying, we'd get along.
