About us
Restaurant groups get software. Retail chains get software. The tiffin service delivering 200 meals a day, the local grocer, the two-van field service business — they get a notebook, a spreadsheet, and a WhatsApp thread. Centrafeed exists to close that gap.
Why we exist
Hard problems, small businesses.
Three things we believe about the operators we build for — and the reason Centrafeed is a platform.
Small doesn't mean simple
A business running 200 daily deliveries on subscriptions has genuinely hard operational problems — routing, renewals, proof, reconciliation. Being small doesn't make those problems easier. It just means nobody built for them.
Generic tools force a bad trade
Bending a generic order tool into a subscription meal business means custom fields, manual workarounds, and a process only one person understands. We'd rather build the model properly for one industry at a time.
One business, many tools
Operators don't have one problem. Centrafeed is built as a platform so the second tool a business turns on already knows its customers, addresses and payment history.
How we build
The rules we don't bend.
Computed, never guessed
Delivery counts and balances derive from what actually happened. Where a number can't be computed, we show nothing rather than an estimate that looks authoritative.
Isolation is not a feature
Every business runs as its own tenant, enforced in the database itself. A delivery schedule says when a house is empty — that's the standard we hold it to.
Earn the automation
Tools start where trust is cheapest — a local file, a manual import — and automate only once they've proven themselves. No forced migration.
Errors surface, never swallow
Exceptions go to an owner-visible list. Software that hides its failures teaches operators not to rely on it.

One products live, one foundation.
