Purpose-built tools, one foundation

Each product solves a problem on its own. Together they share one customer record, so the second one already knows your business.

Security & data protection

Built for data that deserves more than a promise.

Your customer list, your addresses, your money. Here is the mechanism behind each guarantee — not an adjective.

1

customer record shared across your Centrafeed products

4

subscription states tracked before service stops

3

roles, scoped per business and per product

0

card numbers stored by Centrafeed

Your business is walled off in the database

Row-level security in Postgres scopes every table to your business, and the application connects with a role that cannot bypass it. A query that forgets its filter returns nothing — not somebody else's data.

We never store a password

Sign-in goes through Google, Microsoft, or a managed email login. Centrafeed has no password column and no credential-handling code, so there is none to leak.

Access is re-checked on every request

Who you are and what you may do is read from the database each time, never from the sign-in token. Remove someone at 4pm and they are out on their next click — no waiting for a session to expire.

No card number ever reaches us

Centrafeed records payments; it never processes them. There is no code path that could accept a card or a bank credential, so there is nothing of that kind here to steal.

Every change leaves a record that can't be edited

Staff actions are written alongside the change itself, with before and after. The log is append-only, and removing an employee's account doesn't erase the history of what they did.

We don't confirm who our customers are

Ask for a business you don't belong to and the answer is the same as for one that doesn't exist. Nobody gets to map our customer list by guessing at it.

What we haven't got yet

No SOC 2 report and no third-party penetration test — neither has been commissioned, and we'd rather say so than imply otherwise. Multi-factor sign-in is whatever your Google or Microsoft account already enforces, not something Centrafeed adds on top.
